TRUTH 20" STREET TITANIUM BMX FRAME

The Truth Rockville, Mechanicsville and Hollywood Titanium street frame are most advanced BMX street frame ever produced. All was made possible by using the latest and best manufacturing equipment and materials available. Frames are hand man made from premium 3Al/2.5V aerospace grade titanium tubing set

Titanium is half the weight of steel for a tube of the same tensile strength and twice as strong as aluminum alloy. Titanium is also more resistant to fatigue and impact than aluminum alloys. Titanium doesn’t corrode, unlike steel. 

Frame use standard 1-1/8" headtube

Full CNC 10mm or 14mm dropouts reduces weigh and increase strength.

Each frame is hand welded once completed the frame is off to be heat treated. Once the process is completed frames are checked for alignment and if any adjustment is needed it is done now. After we know frame is 100% straight then it is heat treated to T-6  hardness. Our BB shell  are machined  after final heat treating process to ensure  a smooth installing of bottom bracket.
