TRUTH 20" ALUMINUM MAIN EVENT BMX RACE FRAME

The Truth Main Event Aluminum frames are one of the most advanced frames on the market. All was made possible by using the latest and best manufacturing equipment and materials. Main event frames are hand man made from stronger and lighter premium seamless 6069 aluminum tube set. 

Custom hydroformed top and down tube with larger weld areas at the top tube and bottom bracket for added strengh ,These tubing set exhibit superior strength to weight ratio. 

The tubeset are triple butted makes them lighter where it can be and stiffer where it needs to be means no excess weight on the frame.

Tapared seat post for better BB support and make the area stiffer. Will come on all frames from Micro to the Pro XXXL

Pro size frame use tapared head tube. Expert and small frames use standard 1-1/8" head tube

Pro size frame uses full CNC 20mm dropouts reduces weigh and increase strength. Frames comes with 10mm adapters. Expert and smaller frames full CNC 10mm dropouts.

Each frame is hand welded once completed the frame is off to be heat treated to T-4 specs. Once the process is completed frames are checked for alignment and if any adjustment is needed it is done now. After we know frame is 100% straight then it is heat treated to T-6 hardness. Our BB shell are machined  after final heat treating process to ensure a smooth installing of bottom bracket.

All these features make the Main Event one of the stiffest, strongest and lightest bmx racing frame ever made.
